Delivery times for our rings vary depending on the product. All our rings are made to order and can take 4 - 6 weeks to be delivered. The expected timeframe is listed on each product page, so please refer to the listing for specific details.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey at any time.
Insured Delivery
Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us. That means your jewellery is protected against loss, theft, and damage during transit — at no extra charge.
Delivered to Your Door
Your order will be delivered straight to your address, with no need to collect it. For security, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both returns and exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item (for a different size, style, or colour), please email us at info@montyrossdiamonds.com before sending anything back. We’ll check availability and guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
To help us locate your order, please include your full name or order number with your return.
Refunds
When your return has been received and checked, we’ll notify you by email to confirm we’ve got it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount credited to your original payment method within a few working days.
