All diamonds sold are lab grown, and this is clearly stated on each product page.

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs delays or courier disruptions.

Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

Bespoke, engraved, or customised items are non-refundable, unless faulty.

8. Warranty

All our diamonds are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorised alterations.
