Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both returns and exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item (for a different size, style, or colour), please email us at info@montyrossdiamonds.com before sending anything back. We’ll check availability and guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
To help us locate your order, please include your full name or order number with your return.
Refunds
When your return has been received and checked, we’ll notify you by email to confirm we’ve got it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount credited to your original payment method within a few working days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days to show on your statement
- Speak to your bank — processing times can vary

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
If your return is valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
